Whew! Stampede is over for another year. Thank you, everyone for coming to check us out. In a year Stampede grounds attendance was down and stories about companies cancelling Stampede parties and events because of the recession, it's nice to know that at least the Stampede breakfast spirit is still alive and well in Calgary. It was interesting to watch people turn into Hobbits during Stampede week looking for second breakfast or third breakfast, or maybe second lunch. :) Don't worry, we were guilty of that too.

We hope you come back often to check out our buffet and all you can eat restaurant listings. And stay tuned for next year's edition of Stampede food coming in late June 2010; we promise the listings will be even better, more organized, more comprehensive, and most importantly there'll be more of them!

Again, we'd like to especially thank those all those that sent us updates on Stampede events. Kudos go out to Norm, Laura, Claudia, Christina, Laurie, Diane, Gail, Alec, Brad, Adrienne, Wanda, and Don. This was much appreciated; we can't be everywhere after all (though we tried to go to as many events as we could).
